This is a fun pattern that I have painted on vinyl placemats. You could paint the
Raggedy Ann and Andy on anything. I also painted a cordinating placemat with an
American flag and the words " liberty" "Justice" "For All" This pattern is for the beginner or intermediate painter. The techniques include shading, dry brushhighlighting and details. You should know how to do these things before buying the pattern. I do not tell you how to do them in the pattern. I also tell you in the pattern how to prep your vinyl placemat for painting and what to use to seal it so that it is usable after painting.
